Packet Pick Up

Important

All race participants must provide photo identification at the time of packet pick up. Identity will be verified

For race security and integrity purposes, we will be photographing you with your bib at the time of packet pick up.  Refusal to be photographed will result in disqualification.

Packet Pick Up Dates/Times:

Saturday, of race weekend - 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, Race Day - 5:45 a.m. to 6:45 a.m.*

*Please note that the Erie Runners Club will not delay the race start for runners who arrive too late to complete packet pick up and be at the start in time. We strongly recommend picking up your packet on Saturday if at all possible.

Packet pickup will be held at the Erie Runners Club Pavilion, Presque Isle State Park, on Saturday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 5:45 a.m. – 6:45 a.m. The Erie Runners Club strongly recommends picking up your packet on Saturday if at all possible. Runners who are new to our race may benefit from taking a look at our course.

Important

All participants MUST wear their race number front and center - not on a pant/short side or back of a shirt/top) in order to facilitate compilation of finish results.  We use on-course photography and race mats multiple times throughout the course to verify identity, speed and location of race participants.  Your bib contains your chip.  If we can’t track it, you won’t have any results.
